For this landmark project, we specially sourced and imported PVC-free Trevira sunscreen fabric, ensuring high-quality, sustainable shading solutions across all five floors of office space and the ground floor retail.
About The 5 Bond Street Project
Designed by Fender Katsalidis (FK), this 10-storey commercial tower is a significant addition to Ringwood’s skyline. It features:
- 5 levels of commercial office space
- Ground floor retail and office areas
- 4 levels of multi-storey parking (235 spaces)
- End-of-trip facilities for tenants
This all-electric, environmentally conscious building offers 12,000 sqm of premium office space, set to be occupied by major tenants, including Eastern Health, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, and MEGT.
