- Somfy Home Automation – All blinds and curtains are fully motorised, delivering effortless control and integration with the homeowner’s smart system.
- Outdoor Living Enhancements – Three custom Lumex roof systems were installed to provide all-weather entertaining zones.
- Privacy Solutions – Tailored privacy screens designed and fitted to the pool, outdoor kitchen, and rear yard, balancing seclusion with elegant aesthetics.
