CLEAR AIR
Our clear air sun screen, with same open weave benefit of Everyday, enjoys the benefit of being PVC Free.
Polyvinyl chloride, (PVC) commonly known as PVC, is a type of plastic widely used in construction materials, piping, and various consumer products, such as roller blind fabrics. While PVC itself is relatively stable, the manufacturing and disposal processes, as well as the additives used in PVC products, can lead to the release of harmful emissions. Clear Air is 100% polyester and PVC free.

RESPECT
This SCREEN is crafted from high-quality yarn derived from first-choice plastic. It is produced through a unique, certified system that captures plastic bottles immediately after consumption, preventing PET deterioration and ensuring a sustainable, high-performance material.
ResPEcT, made from 100% PET recycled material into new fibre, seamlessly combines high performance with environmental responsibility, making the circular economy a practical and impactful solution for reducing ecological impact.
In yarn production, a mechanical process is used to transform plastic bottles into polymer without relying on chemicals that could harm the environment.
A study conducted by ICEA, using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method in accordance with ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 standards, found that producing 1 kg of Newlife™—compared to the same amount of virgin polymer—reduces CO₂ emissions by 32%, significantly lowering its contribution to global warming. Additionally, it achieves substantial resource savings, including a 94% reduction in water usage and a 64% decrease in energy consumption.
