Blind Concepts Australia was engaged to replace 14 of the building’s 28 external canopies at the prestigious 150 Clarendon Street development in East Melbourne. The project involved the careful removal of the existing structures and the manufacture and installation of new custom canopies designed to complement the building’s contemporary architecture while maintaining a consistent appearance across the façade.

Working within an occupied medical and residential environment, the installation was completed with minimal disruption to tenants and visitors. The new canopies provide improved weather protection, enhanced street presentation and a durable, low-maintenance solution.
